I am so incredibly thankful that you swooped in towards the last months of planning to help me sort out all the fine details. I honestly do not know how I would have finished things without you! You kept me on track and you made me feel like me and my wedding were important to you. You dealt with my last minute song switches and crazy questions like a saint! You stayed through the whole wedding and reception to make sure things were perfect- even on your birthday! And they were absolutely perfect! Our wedding day was more perfect than we could ever imagine and we have Jennifer and we've got the keys to thank for it. I wasn't sure going into it if a wedding planner would be worth it (definitely not cheap), but I am SO glad we did. I never visited key west once before our wedding, so I was completely dependent on Jennifer and her recommendations and ever single detail was perfect. There are so many little things to take care of our your wedding day that you never think of and I didn't have to worry about any of them. It was like everything was magically taken care of. Jennifer even got my hotel room at southernmost changed when I was unhappy with it.

We want to thank you for making our wedding day amazing! It was a seamless and stress-free experience! We had an amazing time and could not give you more credit for handling everything and making sure there weren't any issues and that everything was not only beautiful, but exactly what we wanted. For a destination wedding, having 135 guests, a 30 person bridal party and three different stages of the event, we could not believe how perfectly it went! Our Steel Drum Band was amazing, Key West Cakes did a beautiful job, Prestige Rentals and Milan Events created an amazing reception that we could not have ever imagined and the Westin had created an amazing dinner and service. We were very impressed with Soundwave's Jimmy Cooper who was a big part of our three day event and he did a fantastic job as well.
Thank you again for everything, you were so helpful from the planning to the end of the reception, you really did make everything so easy! Thank you so much for an amazing event. We would recommend We've Got the Keys to anyone getting married in the Keys and we will definitely give you a call when we come back down to Key West for a drink!

Joe and I were so pleased with how smoothly everything went with our destination wedding...
It was perfect.
The amount of coordination that WGTK had to do for our special situation with 42 people coming in on a cruise ship, was huge. Every detail was managed impeccably. The cake from Ava at Key West Cakes was the best cake anyone had ever had...and while we ordered a cake big enough for 60...nearly the entire thing was devoured. Everything from picking everyone up at the port, on the Trolley, to watching the weather radar on your iphone, no detail was left behind. I was so comfortable that day because Nadene and Jennifer had every single thing under control.
Many said it was the funniest, most well-organized, relaxed wedding they had ever been to.
I would HIGHLY recommend We've Got The Keys to anyone planning a wedding or special event. They REALLY do have the keys!

We worked with Nadene on 3 events - a Welcome Party for our guests the evening before the wedding, the Wedding itself, and a morning after Brunch. Our wedding planner was just great. She has incredible
relationships with all the local vendors. She had a collection of ideas from past
weddings and was able to give us some great ideas. She became such a big part of
my life that I really missed her when the wedding was over. I took her advice and "let
go" on my wedding day. I didn't stress over a thing and she had everything
taken care of. We had an incredible amount of coordination required on the day
of and everything came off perfect. I still can't believe it all came together
so well. She also stayed until the end of the reception and made sure everything
left was returned to our guests. |

was an incredible liaison that communicated our needs with all the vendors for
my family since we were many miles away. I completely trusted her opinion and
judgment in the wedding planning process. She made us feel like we were her only

planning process. She feels like a close friend by the end of it all and it was

every aspect of our wedding from the wedding invitations to the wedding reception.

I worked with We've Got the Keys for my June wedding. They
were absolutely fabulous and a God-send as I planned the destination wedding.
Both my Mother and I are extremely organized and very much used to being
the people who pull things together. I was not sure how either one of us
would deal with a wedding planner - I can say wholeheartedly that we both
were EXTREMELY comfortable working with them and did not lose a minute's
sleep worrying about the details of the wedding. They presented options
on vendors, gave me the opportunity to check out their website's/talk to
them and make my own decisions (I never felt that they were pushing me toward
one vendor or another). However, when I asked for them to make a recommendation
they did not hesitate and I had THE BEST photographer, florist, music, etc
that I can imagine. I had my dreams about what the perfect tropical wedding
would be....and kept putting myself in check because I did not want to
be let down by reality. I can say that the wedding far surpassed what I
had hoped for - it really was a fairy tale day. they showed their knowledge
of the local vendors, shared ideas from various weddings they had done over
the years, but in the end my wedding wasn't a cookie cutter of other's
they have done. It was beautiful, unique and reflected my own personality.
Do not hesitate to spend the money and hire We've got the Keys to plan your wedding.
It will be the best money you spend in the entire wedding process! |

OK, so I will be the first groom to write a review.
Everything positive that everyone else has written is true. From the first phone call from NYC to the
morning we left Key West 6 months later, the We've got the Keys staff were there for all of our needs. After
reading all the other reviews, I know it was not only for us, but they definitely know how to plan, organize,
and come through with an amazing wedding.
Like Erika wrote, there are less expensive options out there, but We've got the Keys was able to keep very close
to our budget and was very worth it. Borrowing from a credit card commercial... A wedding planned by
We've Got the Keys, $XXXX. A happy and stress free bride on HER wedding day, priceless,
in more ways that I can count. |

Our wedding planner made are wedding day memorable and stress free. She is responsive
to your needs and offers great suggestions. Her relationship with vendors on
the island get you the best prices and services. The photographer captured priceless
candid shots and the beauty of Key West. She dealt with the hotel to ensure
our guests had the best view of the water and a back-up plan in case the approaching
hurricane became a problem. She found the soloist, the makeup artist and the
most delicious wedding cake with a tropical theme. Our friends and family are
still talking about her, she is a consummate professional. |

ideas, opinions, and especially all of the behind the scenes activities that we
did not even know were happening. Our Wedding Day could not have been any better!
You somehow made everything come together perfectly. You must work around the clock,
because I know you were on the phone late with Elaine and I on several occasions
after spending the day working on wedding arrangements for us. This doesn’t
even take into consideration the fact that you had numerous other weddings to plan
for and other brides to attend to.
We've got the Keys somehow made it seem like we were the only
couple getting married in Key West on the 28th of March 2008. You made everything

I am a super organized person and was convinced I could do all my wedding planning
without a professional planner and I did, but then at the last minute got nervous
and decided to hire a day-of planner. This was probably the best decision I made,
as I didn't have to ask any of my family or guests to do any tasks for me that
day or deal with vendors or check on things, etc. All my guests were able to
just sit back and enjoy the day. I had a lot of the preliminary conversations
with Kristin and Fiona was the actual day-of planner. Both women
were so sweet and organized. I would highly recommend this company for Key West
brides. I will also add that I found a couple of other planners on the island,
selling services at a fraction of the price of We've Got the Keys, but inquired
with my other vendors in regards to their reputations and let's just say it's
a small island.....and I decided to go with We've got the Keys. |
